Responsible for all the technological activities at the designated area.
Release of new products (NPD ) as per time line- Industrialization of new product and process..
Review of key product and process parameters and initiate actions.
Product and process quality improvement.
Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencies.
System implementation, monitoring and control.
TECHNICAL ECONOMY:
Product specification optimization in the designated area
CLAIMS & LOSSES:
Monitor products in order to bring in continuous improvement, and keep claims and losses to a minimum
TECHNICAL & QUALITY TASKS:
Provide technical know-how and inputs to the designated section
Conduct field visits to monitor performance and customer feedback
Analytically sound to analyse the data & should retrieve the claim /defect or any statistical data available in the system.
Sound knowledge of Cut sectional analysis , and tyre engineering calculations.
Proficiency in Tyre Manufacturing Technology (Capable)
(Technical knowhow & ability in tyre designs, production processes, systems, layout plans and quality measure)
Proficiency in Plant systems & processes (Foundational)
