| Competencies Required | 1. Experience in polymer processing 2. Shall have the knowledge kneaders, tube extrusion & roll mill 3. Shall have the knowledge of extrusion process 4. Flexiable in working in all shifts. 5. Team player work with cross-functional department on improvements 6. Capable to handle team for desired output |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Manufacturing: 1. Handle Compounding and tube extrusion & expansion line 2. Responsibility for quality, productivity, cost . 3. Maintain production related records. General : 1. Drive TPM in respective area 2. IMS/Safety deployment/sustenance in respective area 3. Monthly MIS for the respective area |
