JOB DUTIES

Detail Engineering: 

  1. Preparation of Civil & structure design related to Steel/RCC/Residential High-rise buildings. (Buildings/Warehouses) 

  1. Preparation of Civil & structure design of Cargo Terminal Buildings, Passenger Terminal Buildings, ATC Towers, Electric Substation buildings, Fire Station Buildings, Watch Towers, R.C.C. Culverts, Water Tanks, R.C.C. Drains etc. (Airports) 

  1. Study of Project specifications, contracts, Soil Investigation report, climatic condition of the region.   

  1. Coordination for creation of layouts, designs, drawings, identifying any weaknesses in designs and making relevant modifications with design plans and structures in line with the client specifications. 

  1. Design of structural elements of project using STAAD Pro. 

  1. Design of Pile and Raft foundations. 

  1. Give necessary inputs to draftsperson and review drawings. 

  1. Liaising with clients and contractors on day-to-day basis. 

  1. Technical support to site at the time of project execution and commissioning. 

  1. Knowledge of international design codes. 

  1. Comprehensive understanding of EHS and Quality standards and requirements. 

Pre-Bid Design: 

  1. Study of tender documents and prepare technical quarries. 

Prepare the Bill of quantity for structure and Civil works for tender estimates.

Technical: Proficiency in software: Should have knowledge on STAAD.Pro
