Job Title: Planning Manager

Job Summary: To handle the planning of 400 to 500 Crs capacity manufacturing plant, preferable from Transformer, Switchgears or auto industries with 10 years of experience,

Key skills :

1. Capability to utilize optimum plant capacity with strategic planning.
2. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, design, QA and marketing departments to meet the customer requirements and smooth production planning.
3. Focused micro level integrated planning for various sections / departments.
4. Conduct routine daily meetings and resolve /escalated issues to concern.
5. Focus on improving overall plant efficiency with debottlenecking operations.
6. Prepare and present regular reports to management for plant performance, risks, and opportunities.
7. Handle Operations MIS for the plant.
8. Expert in inventory management
9. Detail understanding of lead times, Takt time analysis.
10. Hands on experience of ERP.
11. Project management skill is must.

Qualifications:

1. BE (Mech / Electrical). Diploma in advance planning will have added advantage
2. Proven experience in strategic planning and project management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
