- Qualifications: MBA or MCA/master’s in computers/IT with at least 4 to 5 years’ experience of working in digital/IT projects in Manufacturing companies.
- Technology evangelist: Follow technology trends and share useful ideas for RRL.
- Ideation mindset: inclination to undertake extensive reading or observations on technology implementations in other industries, connect dots to a business challenge at Raychem and propose a suitable solution.
- Can do attitude and ability to get things done by constructively thinking through implementation challenges in digital and providing solutions.
- Entrepreneurial & problem-solving mindset, ability to project manage the implementation of digital engagements in Raychem by collaborating with business, IT
- Ability to foster a culture of Innovation by organizing innovation festivals, preparing for problem discovery workshops with businesses.
- Ability to drive plant level digital initiatives on IOT, AI, Analytics, Low-code platforms
- Certifications on Microsoft Azure/Power Apps related technologies will be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience of driving ERP/CRM/other enterprise systems deployments will be a plus, but not mandatory.
