Engineer - Maintenance

Role :

• Independently handling critical machine breakdowns in Aluminum conductor plant
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines as well as utilities
• Analyze breakdowns and implement action plans to eliminate them.
• Execute Improvement & Capex projects
• Provide technical guidance & training to the team
• Achievement of departmental KPIs. (PM adherence, MTBF, MTTR, Power saving, Spares cost management, safety)
• Maintain Maintenance related data in SAP & IMS documentation
• Manpower management in the respective shift.
• Reduction in cost related to repairs.

Excellence & Competences :

• Hands on experience on VFD’s of SIEMENS, Yasakawa, Schneider, Parker, Delta and Kirloskar drives of AC and DC.
• Operational Knowledge of conductor machinery.
• Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skill
• Team Player
• Knowledge of PLC Ladder
• Process oriented and must have knowledge of SAP system.
