JOB PURPOSE:

To strengthen Utility and responsible for Operation / Maintenance & projects of utilities of plant.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Good knowledge of Erection, Fabrication, Operation/Maintenance and Commissioning of all Piping & Utilities.
2. Good Knowledge and Hands on experience of Solid Fired Boiler, Oil/Gas Fired package Boiler, Compressors, Dryers, Cooling Towers, Centrifugal Pumps
3. Hands on experience of on working of DCS, PLC Scada operated boilers.
4. Thorough understanding of P&ID, piping layouts and machine manual
5. Dealing with different contractors and timely completion of project.
6. Directing site execution activities involving erection & commissioning of the Piping & Utilities Equipment.
7. Focusing on Cost reduction & Conservation of Energies (Power & Fuel) by studying & developing various measures.
8. Monitoring of erection and commissioning of Utility Equipment as per defined standards.

BE (Mech/Elect/EC) OR Diploma (Mech/Elec/EC). Must possess BOE certification

7+ years’ Experience for Diploma candidate or 5+ years’ Experience for BE candidate

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

(IF ANY)

ESSENTIAL 

Having Hands on Operation and maintenance experience on Process Boilers having technology of Reciprocating grate, AFBC, NG packaged fired boiler,

Sound Knowledge of IBR Regulations, Project planning and Execution.
