External Job Description

  • Guide & direct TBM to execute sales & marketing plan, monitor & report Area Sales and effectively manage customer relations to drive sales in the area.
  • Implementing branding initiatives in the area and ensure resolution of all relevant issues impacting the market Image of company's brand.
  • Handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional Business Manager.
  • Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
  • Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  •  Planning, scheduling & time management skills for personal effectiveness

Required requisites

  1. Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science / pharmacy
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience as Area Business Manager
  • Experience of handling 4-5 team members 
  • Achieving Targeted budget month after month
  • Availability of products at chemist & distributor level
  • Ensuring timely payments by distributors
  • Candidate from top Pharma companies will have added advantage.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • IT – savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
