Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the Eastern Region, aligning with KEC's overall business objectives and driving profitable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and achievement.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities within the Telecom and Dealer segments, developing innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of competitive bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and KEC's profitability goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including order book, revenue, and accounts receivables, implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Champion KEC's brand values and commitment to sustainability, representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry, with a strong understanding of the Indian infrastructure landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets and driving revenue growth within the Telecom and Dealer segments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A deep understanding of KEC's values and commitment to sustainability.
