Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily execution plans and communicate them effectively to site engineers before work commencement
2. Liaise with Indian Railways officials and contractors for timely and smooth execution of work packages
3. Oversee execution of railway formation layers including earthwork, subgrade, blanket, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and related civil works.
4. Verify contractor bills against BOQ and actual site execution
5. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholder
6. Monitoring the daily progress report (DPR), weekly progress report (WPR), monthly progress report (MPR) of the projects
7. Analyzing the schedule with respect to the resources, machinery, materials and site access available and develop recovery plan if any
