Role Overview

The Digital Solutions Specialist works on digital transformation projects spanning analytics, enterprise applications, and automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and partners to identify business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver projects across key functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
  • Develop and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms, automate workflows, and integrate with enterprise systems.
  • Lead custom enterprise application development and manage vendor coordination.
  • Enable seamless data integration for analytics and reliable data exchange.
  • Understand business processes, engage in field visits to identify digital opportunities, and evaluate practical solutions.
  • Own execution of digital initiatives, manage projects end-to-end, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Engage business leaders, communicate complex solutions, and align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Utilise GenAI tools for analytics and automation, implementing AI-driven use cases.
  • Can Lead the Industry 4.0 projects in coordination with Operational Teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics, BI, digital applications, and data-driven roles
  • Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), low-code/no-code platforms, and data integration/APIs
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes and ability to develop CXO-level presentations
  • Vendor and partner management skills
  • Hands-on GenAI tools (Copilot Studio, Notebook.lm, Replit, N8N, Cursor etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.Tech or MBA with relevant experience
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion)
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or Finance
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Relevant certifications: PCAP, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft), Power BI
  • Key understanding of MES, Traceability, RPA/Agentic AI Automation, Data Analytics and Dashboarding
