Assistant Manager- Digital Transformation

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Engineer to support enterprise-scale initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain networks. The candidate will work under the Digital Transformation Manager, contributing to projects in AI/ML, Industry 4.0, IoT, RPA, MES and agentic AI applications. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and strategic programs that drive operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT integration, MES enhancements and digital twin development.
• Participate in RPA implementations, driving automation and efficiency across business processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, compliance and user adoption.
• Document technical specifications, workflows and provide training/support for digital tools.

Required Skills and Classification

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL and data engineering frameworks.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols, MES systems and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Exposure to RPA tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications in Python, IoT, MES, Computer Vison or RPA tools.
• Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or supply chain digitalization.
