Assistant Manager - Electrical

Job Purpose

To manage and supervise electrical execution activities for wind power projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, safety compliance, and smooth coordination among stakeholders at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor electrical works related to wind power projects at site.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project execution teams for smooth project progress.
• Ensure execution of electrical activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor HT/LT cable laying, transformer installation, switchyard activities, earthing, and WTG electrical connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Review and verify contractor work progress, measurements, and billing.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical execution at site.
• Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover.
