About the Role:
This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines operational excellence with digital innovation. At RPG Life Sciences, as the Assistant Manager – HR Operations s Digital Initiatives, you will be responsible for managing seamless HR processes across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit, while playing a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation agenda for HR. You will be the key liaison between the company’s HR team and the Group HR Digital team, ensuring successful adoption and customization of HR systems like SuccessFactors and other digital HR tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
· Experience:

- 8-9 years in HR operations, with exposure to SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong experience in managing HR processes and reporting.
· Skills:

- HRIS Expertise: Deep understanding of HR operations and HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors experience preferred).
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in driving HR process improvements and digital adoption.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Reporting s Analytics: Strong skills in HR metrics, dashboard creation, and data-driven insights.
- Communication: Clear and effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
- Project and Process Management: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR operations simultaneously.
