Role – IT Business Analyst: Oracle Fusion, Supply Chain (Order to Fulfilment)

 

1. Job Title

Assistant Manager – Oracle Fusion: Supply Chain
(Oracle Fusion SCM – Order Management & Logistics)

 

2. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business
  • MBA / Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Oracle Fusion SCM Module/s certification is an added advantage

 

3. Job Location

Thane, Maharashtra (Travel to manufacturing plants as required)

 

4. Position Summary

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, covering Order Management & Logistics.

The role involves supporting end‑to‑end order‑to‑fulfilment processes, including order capture, orchestration, shipping, and delivery, along with integration between CRM / CPQ systems and Oracle Fusion Order Management.

This position is intended for candidates aspiring to get strong functional exposure to customer order flows and downstream fulfilment execution in Oracle Fusion.

 

5. Key Responsibilities

5.1 BAU Support & Incident Management

  • Provide L1 / L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion modules
  • Analyse user-reported issues for root-cause identification and solution
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and implementation partners for issue resolution
  • Contribute to system documentation and knowledge base
  • Track incidents and ensure timely closure as per defined SLAs
  • Perform Data Conversion for all major data objects through FBDI/ ADFDI

 

 

5.2 Support Order Management processes including:

  • Order creation and amendments, Fulfilment Orchestration, Order Holds, Cancellations, Returns, Approval workflows

 

    1. Support Logistics & Shipping related to:
  • Shipping execution
  • Deliveries and shipment confirmation

 

5.4 Support integrations between CRM / CPQ systems and Oracle Fusion Order Management.

  • Quote‑to‑order flow
  • Data validation during order creation
  • Interface or integration failures
  • Coordinate with integration and technical teams for issue resolution

 

5.6 Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Assist in gathering requirements for system enhancements / Change Requests
  • Document requirements and process flows
  • Create TO-BE process flow and analyse impacts of changes from AS-IS flows
  • Support gap analysis against standard Oracle Fusion functionality
  • Support standardization of processes across plants

 

5.7 Testing & Deployment Support

  • Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate fixes and enhancements in test environments.
  • Support deployments and hypercare activities

 

6. Qualifications & Competencies

6.1 Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in ERP support, business analysis, or functional consulting roles.
  • Experience / exposure to a manufacturing environment is a must

 

6.2 Functional & Technical Competencies

  • Functional understanding of SCM processes
  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM
  • Understanding of incident and issue management processes

 

6.3 Behavioural Competencies

  • Strong learning orientation and ownership mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Structured approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work closely with plant, stores, and procurement teams
