External Job Description
- To develop New Tyre Designs (Tread pattern and sidewall) for the different vehicle segments using industrial design/styling concepts like metaphors, semantics, use of form/feature/texture etc.
- Provides aesthetic feedback on New Product development and make improvements
- Conduct design reviews within cross functional teams for new designs
- Drives research, case studies on Consumer preferences in tyre segment
Work on new concept development using tools like design thinking, customer-in sighting, participative design research etc.
