External Job Description

• Study the compound & RM specifications in detail
• Prepare the Lab mixing paper as per the inputs from TL Compounding
• Procure the  required raw material through  purchase team and weigh them as per the specifications in the lab mixing report
• Supervise the mixing of raw materials on the mixer to obtain the compound
• Conduct specified tests on the compound, compile data and prepare test result analysis report
• Post recipe finalization, co-ordinate factory trials and follow-up for compound making and ensure adherence to the timelines
• Analyse the factory compound produced and prepare an analysis report for the same
• Co-ordinate product validation process by arranging tyres for field evaluation and dispatch to selected locations
• Co-ordinate and follow-up  with CFT’s to ensure timely execution of all activities as per the plan
