External Job Description

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team, including backend and full-stack developers.
• Architect, design, and optimize distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, low latency, and high throughput.
• Drive backend architecture using modern application design principles, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Oversee the development and deployment of RESTful and GraphQL APIs with robust security, performance, and versioning strategies.
• Ensure best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, scalability, and fault tolerance across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define engineering scope, priorities, and milestones.
• Provide technical mentoring, conduct code and architecture reviews, and foster continuous improvement.
