About Civil & Urban Infrastructure Business: 

KEC’s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage & water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals –  

A. Infrastructure & Heavy Civil (Metro & Water Projects),  
B. Industrial & Hydrocarbon (Factories) ,  
C. Residential & Public Spaces (Buildings, Commercial Spaces),  
D. Defence (Civil projects in Defence sector).  

We provide professional EPC services in an area dominated either by small unorganized players or by very few large companies. With extensive Civil expertise and capabilities built over the years across all our businesses, we are setting benchmarks in speed, quality and safety by bringing in leading technologies, professional project management expertise and intense focus on safety & quality, enabling us to deliver excellence to our clients. JOB DUTIES Job Summary:  General Manager – Execution Key Accountabilities Duty Statements 

Responsible for all project deliverables with end to end total responsibility. Handling projects across India. Completing each project with 100% safety and QA/QC compliances and ensuring that all projects are completed in time and achieve the committed profit margin. 

Have to ensure the smooth functioning of every Project with strict adherence to company’s policies and procedures 

Mobilization & Demobilization of required resources in a timely manner 

Developing project team members to achieve project needs 

Maintain minimum working capital as per budget commitments by ensuring the timely submission of bills and collection of amount from clients. 

Implement the overall strategy of project and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

To evaluate / review and report monthly on the performance of all departments, covering cost control, achievements, compliance, evaluation towards KPIs and other key parameters. 

Direct interaction with top management for feasibility study, planning, concept design and budget approvals for any project. 

Handle Customers and all other stake holders effectively and manage the project teams to achieve the project objectives. 

Responsible for providing user experience feedback from customers – and troubleshooting where necessary to protect existing, and develop new business. 

Achieving End deliverables (Timely completion, Committed margin, Quality and Zero accidents) 

Smooth networking with vendors (suppliers and sub-contractors) 

Research and build relationship with new clients.
