Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

Planning & Implementation:

• Allocate and optimize resources among the projects
• Plan and forecast project budget and human resource requirements for the projects
• Implement engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Resolve the critical issues/road blocks related to project execution
• Negotiate and resolve issues related to taxation, contract & local laws by interacting with taxation, legal and commercial department
• Interact seamlessly with clients, consultants, international and local authorities, miniseries, utilities, competitors, major sub contractors and suppliers for smooth operations
• Support  tender estimation team with relevant information from project sites
• Guide project teams on the cost claim related issue, accounts, billing and documentations
• Nurture critical talent in the execution and coordination dept
• Induct new talent in the department

Supervising:

• Supervise project activities from strategic prospective of achieving budgeted targets of revenues and margins
• Monitor and review project progress and ensure project completion in time and within budgeted cost
