Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing survey team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their well-being.
- Drive Project Success: Manage all aspects of topographical surveying, from data preparation and approval to coordinating with diverse teams and ensuring smooth project execution and commissioning.
- Champion Quality and Efficiency: Implement robust quality control measures, identify and mitigate potential risks, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and reduce rework.
- Prioritize Safety and Sustainability: Be a staunch advocate for safety, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and striving for exemplary EHS and MMR scores. Champion sustainable practices to minimize our environmental footprint.
- Build Strong Relationships: Act as a liaison between client, field teams, design teams, and other stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in managing survey teams and executing topographical surveys for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment, including traversing and as-built surveys.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passion for safety, quality, and sustainability.
