    • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Organize regular meetings to discuss project status, address concerns, and align on goals.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports.
    • Prepare reports for management, highlighting project performance, financial status, and any issues.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks to project execution and billing processes, implementing mitigation strategies.
