Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SandT works, including planning, execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring alignment with project timelines and contractual obligations.
- Drive the implementation of robust safety protocols and quality control measures, fostering a culture of zero accidents and striving for exceptional quality in all project deliverables.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing SandT team, providing guidance, fostering skill development, and promoting a positive and engaging work environment.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing SandT projects within the EPC industry, ideally in a railway signaling and telecommunications context.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
