Assistant Manager - Planning

Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Planning will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for the Wind Power Project. The role supports timely project execution by ensuring effective coordination, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks and delays.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

Develop baseline programs in line with contractual timelines.

Monitor daily and weekly progress against approved schedules.

Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and engineering teams for activity tracking.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and progress reports.

Track material availability and align with execution plans.

Identify critical activities and monitor project milestones.

Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Support preparation of recovery plans where required.

Assist in client reporting and review meetings.
Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in wind/renewable/infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and advanced Excel.
