JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

 

Responsible mainly for handling all the survey works and prepare drawings in the required software in co-ordination with the team for the transmission line

  • Handle all types of levelling instrument and other survey equipment
  • Liable for fixing the bench mark and transferring the coordinate, level etc
  • Do cross sectional, detail survey and check survey of the transmission line
  • Responsible for centre line marking for runway, taxiway and Apron
  • Responsible for preparing survey drawings using AutoCAD 2D and calculate and transfer the coordinate from one place to another place using total station equipment
  • Liable for Route Aliment, Details survey, Check survey and Prop setting for the transmission line
  • Instruct survey crews in the field layout of the difficult construction projects, in replacing lost survey monuments, in setting property corners on city land from legal descriptions and title information, and in performing other aspects of survey work
  • Serve as the liaison between public utilities, contractors, and subcontractors during construction to provide continuity in the assignment of survey crews
  • Perform tasks to assist in the survey field such as topography, staking, boundary surveys and setting control
