Role Overview:
The Manager – Projects (M1) will be responsible for end-to-end execution of wind power project activities at site, ensuring completion within defined timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to drive seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site execution of wind project activities including civil, electrical, and erection works.
Prepare and monitor project schedules in line with contractual milestones.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for material availability.
Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality compliance.
Track project progress and submit periodic MIS and status reports.
Monitor budget utilization and control project costs.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory guidelines.
Liaise with client representatives and local authorities as required.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.

Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in wind/renewable/infrastructure project execution.
Experience in site management and handling cross-functional teams.
