Job Summary:

Leads the commercial department and supervise all commercial activities at HO

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

 

Implementation:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Formulate and implement the departmental strategy in line with organizational goal
  • Design short term and long term goals for the department and monitor the actual performance of the department
  • Allocate the commercial coordination work project-wise to subordinates and supervise their work
  • Ensure that bank guarantee requirements and insurance policies are prepared in time
  • Responsible for working capital management
  • Provide support to project site commercial managers to resolve various commercial issues including project fund requirement
  • Responsible for resolving critical commercial issues by visiting project sites
  • Track Account Receivables as well as Account Payables on regular basis and keep the management updated on the same
  • Develop subordinates to take up higher responsibilities

 

Supervising:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Supervise PRA, AR report, PCS, MIS, Budget preparation and consolidation work
  • Supervise preparation and scrutinizing of invoice and corporate insurance work
  • Supervise the audit of various accounts and ensure timely and clean audit and  supervising all commercial activities of EOU unit
  • Liable for supervising the export-benefit and deemed export related work
