JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for designing and developing the safety strategy for the organization

 

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

 

Planning & Implementation:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Develop safety related training programs for site offices
  • Responsible for designing and developing safety manuals
  • Manage inspection of equipments like cranes, excavators, generators etc
  • Manage inspection of power tools like grinders, gas cutters etc
  • Manage inspection of hand tools like hammers, hack saws etc
  • Verify tracks and maintains records of third party certification of equipments and operators
  • Communicate about accidents, hazards and critical observations to employees
  • Assess accident trends and keeps records of injuries and dangers.
  • Identify hazards at work place
  • Design risk control measures
  • Carry out safety audits for sites
  • Report on safety performance and takes action for continuous improvement compliance of all safety aspects.
  • Identify best practices among all sites and informs all sites about those practices
