We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our Railways/Metro projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the rail and metro sectors. You will be responsible for leading the project team, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage the overall project plan, including schedule, scope, cost, and resources.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the preparation of project documents, including scope, work breakdown structure (WBS), and project timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, especially related to rail/metro safety and operational guidelines.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control mechanisms are in place.
- Handle procurement and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring productivity and morale.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure that quality control and safety protocols are followed on-site at all times.
- Project Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and organized, including contracts, plans, change orders, and communications.
