Senior Manager - Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end civil execution of the 500 MW solar project including land development, grading, road work, boundary walls, foundations, drainage, and structures.

Manage site-level construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Coordination with design, procurement, electrical, and HSE teams for smooth interface management.

Oversee contractor management including mobilization, resource planning, daily monitoring, and progress review.

Review and approve method statements, drawings, BOQs, and billing related to civil scope.

Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory norms during execution.

Interface with consultants, third-party inspectors, and statutory authorities as required.

Prepare and present MIS reports, progress updates, and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of solar power plant civil infrastructure and construction best practices.

Experience in large-scale project execution under EPC or IPP modelsProficient in project scheduling tools like MS Project / Primavera.

Knowledge of quality & safety management systems (ISO, OHSAS)Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage remote project sites effectively
