Responsibilities
- You will ensure the compliance of safety regulations and standards within substation operations, conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- We expect you to lead and coordinate safety training sessions for staff at substations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and awareness regarding safety practices.
- You shall develop and implement risk management strategies to identify potential hazards in substation activities and recommend corrective actions accordingly.

- You will investigate incidents or near misses within substations, compiling detailed reports and sharing findings with relevant stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
- You shall act as a liaison between local authorities and our organization for any safety-related matters concerning substation operations.
- We expect you to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety measures, proposing improvements to align with best industry practices.
- You will mentor junior team members on safety policies and procedures, promoting adherence through example and support.
