Senior Officer - Survey

Survey Execution:

• Supervise and execute the establishment and marking of positions for construction projects.
• Manage leveling instruments and survey equipment, and fix benchmarks for key infrastructure.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Conduct field studies and inspections, and analyze survey data for project planning.
• Map data, construct layout surveys, and survey horizontal and vertical controls.

Field Supervision:

• Guide survey crews on complex tasks, including layout, monument replacement, and property corner setting.
• Ensure accuracy in route alignment and detailed surveys.

Coordination and Communication:

• Liaise with utilities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Consult with clients, recommend services, and network to meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Oversight:

• Supervise survey staff and manage the maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Specialized Surveys:

• Conduct alignment surveys for cables, prepare profiles of line routes, and oversee GIS installations and transformer erection.
