Business Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Managwe (BM) to join RPG Life Sciences and drive business growth through effective customer engagement and strong execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm., M.Sc., or equivalent
• Experience: Relevant pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Promote products to doctors and healthcare professionals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and key customers.
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies in the assigned territory.
• Ensure regular doctor calls and effective coverage of the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records and ensure timely reporting.
