External Job Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server T-SQL issues in procedures, packages, functions, views, and triggers. 

• Perform data analysis and create ad-hoc queries to support business reporting needs. 

• Optimize slow-running queries and perform execution plan analysis in both databases. 

• Support and troubleshoot scheduled jobs (Oracle Scheduler, SQL Server Agent). 

• Apply data fixes and assist with issue root cause analysis and resolution. 

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to resolve incidents. 

• Maintain and update technical documentation and issue-resolution knowledge base.
