External Job Description

• Attending Preventive and Breakdown maintenance in different shifts.
• Shift planning for ensuring upkeep of equipment with associates.
• Adherence to maintenance schedule and maintenance budget
• Reduction in down time (Hours and Numbers)
• Fair knowledge on Tyre / Material handling Automation systems Including ASRS , Conveyers , Gantries , Robotics , FIFO systems and maintaining the spares for the same.
• Fair Knowledge on PLC/SCADA/HMI Programming, servo systems and related automation mechanisms 
• Should possess Fair knowledge on Automation communication protocols Including Ethernet, Profinet , Profibus, and other Automation Network systems. 
• Should have strong Knowledge on Siemens PLC Programming and SEW servo systems and related automation mechanisms
• Should Possess Basic knowledge on Servers, Barcode Scanner, MES Interface.
• Good to have working knowledge and experience on AutoCAD. Should be able to understand and raise doubts and share suggestions for improvement in such drawings.
