Job Summary:

 

Responsible for the complete project and will handle all construction activities like levelling, marking, excavation, foundation, structural erection, equipment erection, cabling, testing, commissioning, etc including a few commercial activities

 

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

Planning & Implementation:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Plan the work execution and monitors the daily activity of construction
  • Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction
  • Help in resource mobilization and resource sharing among various teams at site
  • Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile
  • Responsible for preparing bills of payments
  • Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction
  • Responsible for optimal utilization of resources
  • Handle material management for site and coordinates with store keeper
  • Implements the health and safety measures
  • Responsible for quality assurance and documentation
  • Monitor the progress of project and updates project manager as frequently as required
  • Handle periodic reconciliation of materials
  • Ensure project is executed in the schedule time & budget base line

 

 

Supervising:

 

 

 

 

  • Supervise all construction activities of the whole site
  • Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant
  • Responsible for site office administration and providing input for cost control
