  1. Guide & direct TBM to execute sales & marketing plan, monitor & report Area Sales and effectively manage customer relations to drive sales in the area.
  2. Monitor & followup on collections with TBM as per credit policy and maintaining the outstanding within targets set from time to time.
  3. Collect, collate & report market feedback and execute marketing strategy & promotion to suit local needs in order to increase market share.
  4. Regular Coordination with stockists, identify new stockists, review distribution & inventories and ensure zero 'stock-outs'.
  5. Submission of sales data on regular basis and assist in quarterly & annual sales forecasts.
  6. Implementing branding initiatives in the area and ensure resolution of all relevant issues impacting the market Image of company's brand
  7. Guide, develop, train & motivate TBM, manage their performance, maintain discipline & take appropriate steps to address issues like attrition, skill development & succession
