Executive - Quality Control

Perform sampling, testing and analysis of in-process (IP) and finished products (FP) as per approved specifications and SOPs.

Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus, FTIR and other laboratory equipment.

Conduct physical and chemical testing of tablets, capsules and other oral solid dosage forms.

Review analytical data, calculations, worksheets and laboratory records.

Ensure proper documentation of analytical results in compliance with cGMP and GLP requirements.

Prepare and maintain laboratory records, logbooks, SOPs and analytical reports.

Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend) and laboratory deviations in coordination with the reporting manager.

Ensure calibration, qualification and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Follow laboratory safety practices and maintain good housekeeping in the QC laboratory.

Coordinate with Production and QA departments for sampling, testing and timely release of batches.
