Executive - Quality Control

Group Company: 

  1. Perform sampling and testing of incoming raw materials as per approved specifications and SOPs.

  2. Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV and FTIR, wherever applicable.

  3. Perform wet analysis, titrations and other routine laboratory tests.

  4. Review and verify analytical data, test results and laboratory records.

  5. Ensure proper documentation of raw material testing as per GLP, GMP and data integrity requirements.

  6. Prepare and maintain raw material analysis reports and laboratory records.

  7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

  8. Follow laboratory safety practices and maintain housekeeping standards.

  9. Support investigation of Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.

  10. Coordinate with QA and Stores departments for raw material sampling, testing and release.

  11. Ensure compliance with IP, BP, USP and other applicable pharmacopoeial standards.
