Position: Assistant Manager- M0

Summary:

The candidate shall be responsible for the tender and detailed design of ELV & ICT services for various projects across KEC international.

Qualification:
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT engineering or an equivalent combination of education

Experience required:
7-12 Years of Tender and detailed design of Electrical services, especially in complex functional requirements viz, Data Centers, Airports, Industrial, residential, and commercial projects, etc.

Key Skills:
Candidate must have skills in detail design for green field and brown field project.
Candidate should be able to manage and work on multiple projects and tender simultaneously.
Candidate must have experience in ELV & ICT Detail design, calculations for diversified projects like Data center, Industrial, Airport, Residential and commercial buildings, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in ELV & ICT detail design like Space planning, schematic drawing, Layout drawing, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in BOQ preparation, technical specification preparation, RFQ preparation, etc.  
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment, especially coordinating with site team, consultant, Architectural and Structural team.
Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skill.

Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to prepare schematic & layout drawing, Equipment selection, space and route planning, calculations like heat mapping, voltage drop, cause and effect matrix, I/O summary, coverage area, control philosophy, etc. for various ELV & ICT works like CCTV, PAVA, TMRS, Nurses calling station, AV, Active and passive networking, IPBEX, BMS, SCADA, Leak Detection System etc as per relevant standard and IS /IEC norms.
