Key Responsibilities:
|
Detail Engineering:
- Preparation of structure design/detailing of control room building/ staff quarters
- Get the drawings prepared by civil draughtsman and review various civil drawings.
- Prepare the design calculation of steel support structures/gantry and foundation for the Switching station equipment.
- Develop design and details of tower/ equipment foundations, Transformer/ Reactor foundation and fire protection wall
- Develop design and details of RCC/ RRM retaining wall, cable trenches, boundary wall, surface drainage.
- Review the fabrication drawing prepared by the fabricator/ structure detailing vendor.
- Review of design and drawings submitted by design consultant and Approval discussion with client.
- Submission of design calculations/ drawings to customer and having technical discussion with them to expedite approval
- Interaction with construction/ project manager and extending all technical support to site during project execution.
- Collection of the site data by site visit.
- Preparation of Bill of quantity of structure & civil works from submitted/ approved drawings and comparison with tender stage quantities
- Prepare as built drawing after commissioning of the Project.
