Chief Manager - Arbitration

Candidate will be responsible for handling arbitration cases for various projects with railways and other clients. The candidate should have knowledge of end – to – end arbitration process right from initial case assessment to final award. Responsibilities include dealing with Arbitrators, customers, lawyers, facilitating communication between external and internal stakeholders, managing evidence and documents, participate in hearings, and interpreting applicable laws. The candidate should have good knowledge of relevant laws and cases to support his work. Administrative responsibilities may include drafting notices and case preparation.  

Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in successfully handling arbitration cases related to railway business is an added advantage.
