POSITION DETAILS:
Job Title:    Manager- Architect    
Grade:    M1    
Location:    Gurugram
                                                                         
Job Summary:     Responsible for Architectural Design & Proof checking for Civil, Transmission & Railway Projects.
Key Accountabilities:
•    Handle architectural design process from tender to concept development to project completion. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Structure, MEP, Green building, Liaisoning etc. 
•    Ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints. 
•    Utilize advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques to create comprehensive project models and documentation. 
•    Provide expertise in designing projects across multiple sectors, including residential, Commercial, Data centre, industrials, hospitals, airports, metro and railway station etc.  
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and submission requirements. 

Key Responsibilities
and Job Description:    
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from reputed college.  
•    8-12 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. 
•    Proven track record of successfully completing projects in the related sectors. 
•    High level of proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit/ ACAD, Navis and similar platforms. 
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Power point, excel, Photoshop, Sketchup.  
•    Exceptional written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills. 
•    Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements. 
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
