Internal Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for overall store and inventory management at the Wind Project site. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, issuance, documentation, and control of materials to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations at site.

  • Ensure proper receipt, verification, and accounting of materials.

  • Maintain accurate stock records in SAP/ERP.

  • Conduct periodic physical verification and reconcile differences.

  • Control material issuance against approved indents.

  • Maintain GRN, MRN, and other store documentation.

  • Monitor slow-moving and surplus materials.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.

  • Ensure compliance with audit and internal control requirements.

  • Maintain safe storage practices and housekeeping standards.

  • Prepare regular MIS and stock status reports.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain.

  • 8–12 years of store experience in wind/solar/infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.

Key Skills:
Inventory control, warehouse management, ERP proficiency, compliance handling, coordination, and reporting.
