  • Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office premises.

Coordinate with housekeeping and security personnel.

  • Facility Management:

Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.

Liaise with vendors for repair and maintenance services.

  • Asset & Inventory Management:

Maintain records of office assets and supplies.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.

Conduct periodic inventory checks.

  • Vendor Management:

Identify and manage vendors for various office needs.

Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services/products.

Process vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for payments.

  • Travel & Accommodation:

Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.

Maintain travel records and reports.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain updated records of licenses, agreements, and administrative documentation.

Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific administrative policies.
