JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

To manage critical asset-related functions ensuring timely planning, movement, and tracking of tools and plants (T&P), accurate GST-compliant documentation, and smooth coordination between sites. The role also ensures robust SAP-ETM transactions, MIS reporting, and asset verification in collaboration with the commercial team.

  • T&P Planning and Movement:
    Coordinate and plan the deployment and movement of Tools & Plants across multiple project sites as per operational requirements.
  • Site Coordination:
    Act as a key liaison between sites and central departments to ensure smooth handling of asset-related operations.
  • GST Invoicing:
    Manage GST-compliant invoicing and documentation for inter-site asset transfers, ensuring adherence to tax norms and timely records.
  • SAP ETM Module Transactions:
    Perform and monitor all transactions related to asset movement and utilization in the SAP Equipment & Tools Management (ETM) module.
  • Asset MIS Reporting:
    Generate periodic asset-related MIS reports including utilization, availability, transfer history, and depreciation where applicable.
  • Physical Verification & Reconciliation:
    Conduct regular physical verification of assets and reconcile them with SAP and commercial records. Coordinate with the commercial team to resolve discrepancies.
