Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and follow up for feedback
  • Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
