JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing at project site.

 

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

Client Billing

  • Prepare Monthly Billing Target for the Project for PM’s Approval
  • Obtain the measurements and checklists from site engineers for preparation of bill.
  • Prepare Client Bills and get the same certified from the client within schedule.
  • Monitor NS items Executed\Variations within the region and ensure approval of the NS item\Variations from the client.
  • Give feedback to execution team and share information to plan works in line mile-stone billing (EPC Projects).

 

Sub-contractor Billing

 

  • Verify the measurements and approve the Bills raised by the contractor for further processing.
  • Reconcile Sub-Contractor Billing and Client Billing.
