In line with the Government’s increased focus on Renewable Energy sector, KEC has made a move to carve out its presence in the Wind energy and Green Hydrogen sector. We are already providing Solar EPC services for large solar PV projects developed by private players and roof-top PV solutions for Industrial and Commercial consumers. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Marketing and Business Development to lead our solar business division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and business development initiatives to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and enhance our brand in the solar energy sector.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the company's solar energy services and solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to position the company effectively in the solar EPC market.
  • Lead the business development efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and project delivery capabilities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to potential clients.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's solar capabilities and establish thought leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments affecting the solar energy industry.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Years of Experience: Proven experience in marketing and business development within the solar energy or renewable energy industry, ideally within an EPC environment

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
