Senior Officer - Design

Design civil foundations, grading, drainage, access roads, and structures for solar PV plants, including pile foundations and module mounting systems (MMS).

Prepare detailed drawings, BOQ, BBS using AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro; conduct geotechnical analysis and stormwater calculations.

Review RFIs, NCRs, submittals; coordinate with EPC contractors, electrical teams, and AHJs for permitting compliance.

Perform site visits for surveys, ensure constructability, and support value engineering for cost optimization.

Mentor juniors, maintain design standards, and contribute to project bids and recovery plans.

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; 5-8 years in solar/renewables civil design (e.g., NTPC, SECI projects).

Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, STAAD; knowledge of IS codes, environmental norms.
